Boys on the Right Track is the only boys educational running program founded in Western New York by a woman who is a trained educator and athletic coach. Juliet Meade, Founder/Executive Director, holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in College Student Personnel Administration. She has over 30 years of experience in the areas of Higher Education Administration, Human Services/Social Work, Primary and Secondary Education, as well as teaching parenting and discipline, career/vocational services, and crisis counseling. She founded the Center for Multicultural Education and Diversity at Medaille College in Buffalo, NY. Areas of expertise include diversity/multicultural education, parenting/discipline, stress/anger management, conflict resolution, leadership and interpersonal relations. An avid runner, she is married, with 2 boys and a girl, and resides in Lake View, NY.
